Candice’s love for both music and pop culture-inspired her creation of the Prettybird music content division in 2009. Her impressive eye for directorial talent and ability to keep a finger on the pulse of cultural relevance has assisted her in making Prettybird’s roster and body of work one of the most well respected in the industry. Candice has collaborated with some of the most innovative and imaginative voices and over the years, has signed some of Prettybird’s most prolific directors to the roster– nurturing and bringing their vision to life. Together they have pushed the boundaries of music, fashion, art, and film, making strong artistic and social statements across many platforms. 

Alongside A-list veteran directors, and while breaking a crop of new talent, Candice has executive produced and produced award-winning music videos, documentaries, interactive experiences, digital series, and films for Harry Styles, Lil Nas X, Jay Z, Beyonce, Kanye West, Rosalia, Vince Staples, Anderson.Paak, Justin Bieber, Cardi B., Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Jennifer Lopez, Lenny Kravitz, Charlie XCX, Rihanna, Solange, No Doubt, Skrillex, A-Trak, Leon Bridges, MGMT, Beck, Chromeo, Led Zeppelin, Dua Lipa, Mark Ronson, Jack White, Rihanna, Janelle Monae, Kendrick Lamar, Nick Jonas, J.Cole, as well as award-winning content for clients such as Vice, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Netflix, Apple, Roc Nation, MOCA, Google, Kenzo, and Levis. 

An 8-time Grammy-nominated producer for her collaborations on music videos with Rihanna, Foster the People, Jack White, DJ Snake + Lil Jon, The Dead Weather, Beyonce, Coldplay, Pharrell Williams, and Lil Nas X, Candice took home 3 awards for Rihanna’s We Found Love, Beyonce’s Formation and most recently, Lil Nas X’s Old Town Road videos. 

In 2019, Candice was brought on as showrunner for &Music, a docu-series featuring Ariana Grande, Martin Garrix, J Balvin, Anderson.Paak, YG, and more. The series was part of the initial Quibi launch and now streams on Roku. In 2019, she also produced the 5 part digital series titled The Vince Staples Show and was a producer on the Showtime documentary Ready for War. Currently, Candice is in development on several music-focused long-form projects slated for release in 2023.
