Sophie Muller

Sophie has shot over 300 music videos, throughout her prolific and celebrated career. She has directed iconic and influential videos including No Doubt’s “Don’t Speak,” Blur’s “Song II,” Sade’s “No Ordinary Love,” and Annie Lennox’s “Why”. She has also art directed live tours and concert films, including Sade 2011, Dixie Chicks 2016 and multiple Gwen Stefani and No Doubt tours. Sophie’s unique style, stark modern beauty and compelling narratives is in high demand.

After her first videos for Annie Lennox and the Eurythmics, Sophie has since grown to be one of the most prominent pop music video directors in the world. Sophie continues to garner accolades for her work winning awards, including a Grammy, multiple MTV and CMT awards, a Brit Award, a Music Week Award, and the MVPA Director of the Year Award.

Sophie’s extensive body of work includes music videos for Rihanna, Radiohead, Gwen Stefani, Beyoncé, Bjork, Coldplay, Bebe Rexha, P!nk, The Cure, Kings of Leon, Nelly Furtado, Maroon 5, Alicia Keys, The Killers, Morrisey and Beck to name just a few. She has also shot stills campaigns and album covers for artist including Sade, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Gwen Stefani.

More recently Sophie’s career has expanded into commercials, working on TV campaigns for global clients such as Lexus, Mastercard, L’Oreal, Target, Venus and Reebok as well as shooting stills photography projects within the advertising and fashion industries.
