The ongoing “Tear the Paper Ceiling” campaign features a new chapter, “Story Unfold.” Created by Ogilvy and directed by filmmaker Loris Russier of Prettybird, the PSAs urge employers to embrace skills-first hiring, spotlighting “STARs”—workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes—through the metaphor of a crumpled paper revealing untapped talent. Supported by Spark Foundry and major media partners, the effort continues to challenge degree bias and expand opportunities for the 70 million STARs across the U.S.
