The telecom company’s new spot, “Dr. Evil Returns!,” features Dr. Evil (played by Mike Myers) sitting in his mountainous headquarters “somewhere outside Las Vegas” with his henchmen, Number 2 (Rob Lowe), Frau Farbissina (Mindy Sterling), and Scott Evil (Seth Green). He’s unveiling his latest idea for world domination, Menace Mobile, a phone company with “the most confusing pricing and plans of all time.”
