Emily Rudge is the Managing Director of Prettybird UK, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. With a passion for storytelling, a collaborative leadership style, and a strong focus on nurturing diverse and emerging talent, Emily leverages her extensive expertise to drive innovative projects from conception to completion. She excels at creating environments where art and creativity can thrive, and directors and artists feel empowered. In an industry constantly in motion, Emily isn’t afraid to evolve with it while holding diversity and sustainability at the heart.
Throughout her career, Emily has worked across many disciplines; from theatre, music videos, and art exhibitions; to scripted drama, factual entertainment, and high-profile advertising campaigns. This has enabled an understanding of both the artistic and business sides of production.
With a strong track record overseeing creative productions, Emily has worked with industry leaders such as Iconoclast, RadicalMedia, W&K, and Ogilvy. She has produced impactful work for renowned brands like Nike, Gucci, and Rimowa, as well as for prestigious institutions including the Serpentine Galleries and Venice Biennale.
Before joining Prettybird, she was MD/EP at Not Just Any (the talent arm of US post studio Ntropic) where she launched the company in the UK, and built and managed a roster of live-action and CG directors.
