With PRETTYBIRD’s award-winning reputation in music videos and commercials, and its defining strength in discovering, nurturing, and managing visionary talent, alongside Ventureland’s innovative approach to developing films, series, and branded storytelling, Emhoff has built a powerhouse for boundary-pushing creative work across all platforms.
Recognized for her enduring relationships with top agencies, clients, artists, and managers, Emhoff established PRETTYBIRD as one of the world’s most prestigious production companies in branded storytelling and talent development. Under her leadership, PRETTYBIRD has earned multiple top honors at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios, AICP, MTV’s Video of the Year, Grammys, Emmys, and recognition as Ad Age’s Production Company of the Year in both 2015 and 2021.
Through Ventureland, she has overseen acclaimed projects including the Academy Award-nominated Bobi Wine: The People’s President, Netflix’s record-breaking docuseries BECKHAM, Werner Herzog’s Theater of Thought, Disney+’s If These Walls Could Sing, Netflix's The Deepest Breath, Hulu’s Searching for Soul Food, and Apple TV+’s scripted series Government Cheese.
