Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim, known as the comedy duo Tim & Eric, have engaged in a groundbreaking creative partnership for over 20 years. Their offbeat comedic ingenuity spans commercials, television series, films, and more.

Their career together began when comedy legend Bob Odenkirk wanted to collaborate with them on developing their animated short Tom Goes to the Mayor into a television series, which Adult Swim then picked up. Tim & Eric went on to write, produce, and direct multiple television series on Adult Swim, and work with even more comedy greats, including Will Ferrell, Zach Galifianakis, and Adam McKay.

The duo is known for infusing their advertising campaigns and branded content with their signature humor, which thrives on confrontations between the ordinary and the absurd. In 2024, their “Michael CeraVe” campaign, starring Michael Cera, garnered international attention after premiering during the Super Bowl. This marked the first-ever Super Bowl spot for CeraVe, and the duo’s unforgettable campaign won the Super Clio, the Cannes Lions Grand Prix, the Tribeca X Award, multiple ANDY, Clio, and Webby awards, nine Gold awards at The One Show, and was named the top spot in both Adweek and Ad Age. Tim & Eric also received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Commercial, as well as a DGA nomination for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Television, Commercials, and Documentary.

Tim & Eric have directed for global clients such as Google, Old Spice, Bud Light, Jet.com, Duracell, Milk, Wrigley’s, GoDaddy, Little Caesars, and Boost Mobile, several of which have premiered during the Super Bowl. They have garnered multiple awards for their prestigious work, including the Cannes Lions Grand Prix from the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and Gold and Silver Pencils from The One Show Awards.
