Andrew Renzi is a highly respected American filmmaker, producer, and director, recognized for creating bold, premium documentary and factual storytelling for global audiences. Building his career across independent film and high-end documentary, Andrew is best known for directing the critically acclaimed Netflix docuseries Pepsi, Where’s My Jet?, and the two-part documentary aka Charlie Sheen, both of which cemented his position as a leading creative voice in premium factual entertainment.

Pepsi, Where’s My Jet? won the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Limited Series and received an Independent Spirit Award nomination, while other notable projects include Ready for War (Showtime)–executive produced by Drake and David Ayer and produced by PRETTYBIRD co-founder/CEO Kerstin Emhoff–and The Curse of Von Dutch (Hulu).

His work is frequently cited within the industry for pushing the boundaries of documentary form while maintaining broad audience appeal. Andrew’s career began in independent filmmaking, with early short films such as The Fort and Karaoke! premiering at the Sundance Film Festival, the latter won the Panavision Future Filmmaker Award. He later directed the feature drama The Benefactor, starring Richard Gere, further demonstrating his range across genres and formats. 

Alongside directing, he produces under the North of Now banner, collaborating across film and television on projects that blend cultural relevance, strong authorship, and global scale.
