Loris Russier is a visionary director from Montpellier in the heart of southern France. In 2019, Loris discovered his passion for the world of film through a music collaboration that ignited a fire and altered the course of his career as a film director. Since then, Loris has collaborated with an impressive roster of talent, including J Balvin, Gal Gadot, Burna Boy, Ella Mai, SiR, Angus Cloud, Jeffrey Wright and many other talented actors & musical artists. He has also collaborated with renowned brands such as Nike, AMI Paris, and Billboard.
His music video for SiR ‘Karma’ was shortlisted for the 2024 Young Director Award, and won Gold for Craft: Direction at the Berlin Commercial Awards. His short film MAKAI, which premiered on NOWNESS in 2024, was shots’ “Short of the Week” and won Gold for Cultural Impact at the Berlin Commercial Awards.
